1. Information We Collect
ProcureVerse Inc. collects corporate registration data, tax identification numbers, user credentials, uploaded business compliance documents, RFQ specifications, and reverse auction bid logs to provide enterprise procurement services.
2. Data Encryption & Storage
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 bit encryption. Customer data is hosted in dedicated, isolated cloud infrastructure regions based on your corporate data residency election (US, EU, or AP).
3. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Privacy
ProcureVerse AI Copilot algorithms run strictly isolated per enterprise tenant. Customer proprietary bidding data and RFQ specifications are NEVER used to train public AI models.
