1. Service Provision & Uptime SLA

ProcureVerse warrants a 99.98% Service Level Agreement (SLA) uptime for enterprise tier subscribers, backed by financial credits as outlined in your corporate Order Form.

2. Reverse Auction Integrity Rules

All bids submitted during live reverse auction events are legally binding commercial offers. Submitting collusive, fraudulent, or speculative bids is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal recourse.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Customers retain 100% ownership of all uploaded catalog taxonomies, RFQ specifications, vendor lists, and financial transaction records. ProcureVerse retains all rights to platform code, algorithms, and UI trademarks.
